Inner Circle’s The Four Phase

Inner Circle’s Four-Phase Exercise Program was developed by Timothy Alloway, M.S.P.T. through his clinical experiences, formal and continuing education. It addresses a patient’s weaknesses and strengths and provides the core strength and stability required for a healthy lifestyle and improved athletic performance. It is individualized for all levels of activity and tolerance, from the elderly to the athlete and progresses through four phases of intensity – allowing the natural capacity of the body to tolerate more activity over time. Some key elements to the Four-Phase Exercise Program are:

  • Utilizes advanced exercise concepts geared toward your individual Body Mapping Evaluation
  • Targets “problem areas’ only, not generalized or unspecific exercises used by other facilities
  • Followed by a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with advanced training to address proper form, advancement and motivation
  • Reinforces the changes made during the intensive manual therapy sessions, strengthening a functional rather than dysfunctional system
  • Improves structural alignment, core strength, coordination and balance
  • Can be utilized in conjunction with our Weight Loss Program with proper aerobic advancement, nutritional education and long-term health

Our Approach

Our hands-on approach, utilizing manual therapy and exercise, has helped even the most difficult diagnoses (including fibromyalgia, herniated discs, arthritis, orthopedic injuries and other chronic pain syndromes) to change and heal.
