We’re Back! Wait… We Never Left…
We hope this message finds you healthy, happy, and ready to get back to the pain-free, active lifestyle that we were helping you to achieve before the COVID crisis! As the title explained and our email and social media updates conveyed, Inner Circle has been open during the pandemic – trying to help in any way we could – freeing the hospitals and doctors to handle the emergencies.
As we explained in our updates, we had increased our sanitation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during the crisis and will continue to, following guidelines set forth by State and Federal authorities. As Pennsylvania and New Jersey head towards the Yellow and Green phases, many of you will be looking to return to Inner Circle. We can’t wait to welcome you back!
Here is our current protocol, available on our website at www.InnerCirclePT.com:
- To assist in limiting the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and following in accordance with the recommendations by the CDC and the mandate of Governor Tom Wolfe, we request that all patients wear an appropriate face mask when entering our facility. In addition, we request that you comply with the recommended social distancing effort of six feet from your fellow patients as well as all universal precautions regarding hygiene, including washing of hands regularly.
- Our disinfection and sanitation protocols remain in place, following the recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and other local and national public health agencies. We are using 70% Alcohol disinfectant on all equipment, massage tables, hard surfaces and bathrooms. We are taking extra care in sanitizing, immediately, all objects that share contact between patients including, but not limited to: exercise equipment, mat tables, pens, clipboards, door handles, door jams, etc.
- As always, staff members are thoroughly washing their hands before and after each patient as well as wearing appropriate face masks.
- We ask those people who are feeling feverish or exhibit a dry cough and/or shortness of breath to follow CDC guidelines and reschedule their appointments. In addition, we have asked our staff members to stay home if they are feeling unwell.
Please feel free to contact our office with any additional questions or concerns that you may have.
Remember, during these unprecedented times to be gentle with yourselves. None of us are getting it all completely right. Do the best you can. Keep breathing. As we have said many times over, everything is a process. With that in mind, please revisit our mission statement article, “Healing is a Process” written by our founder, Timothy Alloway.
Love,
-IC
