Happy New Year!

We are sure that all of you are quite happy that 2020 is, literally, hindsight now! Now that you have all had several weeks to settle into our next decade, we hope that this newsletter finds you happy, healthy and looking forward to a new day.
As we do each New Year, we would like to recenter ourselves with what we consider our guiding principle here at Inner Circle by sharing one of our first articles, “Healing is a Process.” It is helpful to return to certain ideas with new eyes and new understanding.
Additionally, we would like to announce the results of our Annual Food Drive benefitting the ERA Food Pantry of Lower Bucks. We cannot express the gratitude to all of you who looked past your own difficulties during this trying time and pitched in to help others.
There was so much donated between food, toiletries and even dog food! We ran out of room in our alcove to store it all, as these pictures will testify to!

All told, the donation from the Inner Circle family totaled…
866 POUNDS!
We would like to thank all of you for sticking with us and allowing us to continue to serve this community. Each and every one of you are a part of this journey.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
Here’s to a Healthy, Happy, Prosperous and Safe 2021!
Love,
-IC

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Inner Circle is proud to stand with the millions that are personally affected by this disease as well as the millions of families, friends and loved ones who are called on to be caretakers and confidants.

Two brand new, informative articles down and this wisdom train keeps a-rollin’! For our third installment of “Words of Wisdom,” we decided to delve into the center of the action, both literally and figuratively, and begin to tackle the most powerful driver of your strength, flexibility and structural health – the mighty pelvis.
As Jennifer does on a daily basis with her patients, this article broaches an important subject and provides valuable information about a problem that affects nearly every single woman that comes through our door. Unfortunately, due to the shame and embarrassment surrounding sex in our culture, these calls for help often go unanswered. They need not go unanswered any longer because, as we have said before, we’re with you every step of the way.
As we promised in our post from last week announcing our slow, steady, and safe return to a full-time schedule, here is the start of a new set of articles designed to arm you with the information necessary to take back control of your life. To learn from our greatest, and hardest, teacher: PAIN; man’s original best friend!
