Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary!
April of this year marks the second year that Inner Circle has called The Center in Langhorne home. We thought what better way to celebrate than to revisit our first-ever blog post and see where we’ve come… so…
To Everything… Turn, Turn, Turn
As the title hearkens back to The Byrds seminal hit of 1965 that spoke to a generation, it also speaks to the past two years at Inner Circle. So many changes that are full of possibility and opportunity – changes that we all need to learn to turn with. For as the picture in The Center states:
“Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can come together.”
This past year marked the third year in a row that we were nominated for and won Best of Bucks, thanks to all of you making your voices heard. Again, thank you! We’ll be seeing you for Year Four!
Turn, turn, turn…
As we had with our first move, these past two years have seen growth within the company as well, as we have grown by one…
Following her internship here from the Mercer County Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program during the summer of 2017, Amy Crane agreed to join Inner Circle full-time as our newest PTA, handling every aspect of the craziness that is IC and handling it admirably.
Turn, turn, turn…
As we continue into our third year here at The Center, and over twenty years serving the community of the Greater Bucks region, we’d like to remind you all that the only constant in anything, including your own healing is change. Adages and clichés are true for a reason and the one saying that, “The journey is more important than the destination,” is incredibly true here. Remember, sometimes what we think of as “good things”: the way our lives are going, the activities we’re involved with, the work we do, falls apart. It can be sad, scary, confusing, depressing and incredibly stressful. Acknowledge that.
But, after you’ve acknowledged and felt the fear, the worry, the anger. Delve deeper. Take a big, breath and ask yourself this question, without a need to have an immediate response:
Could things have fallen apart so that something better could come together?
With everything that comes… turn… turn… turn.
Good journey, we’re with you for each step.
